Acceptance

Using this website or requesting a rate deck constitutes acceptance of these terms. Wholesale voice services are governed by a separate service agreement signed before traffic is routed.

Acceptable use

Traffic terminated through EaseDial must comply with applicable telecom regulations. Fraudulent traffic, unauthorized robocalling, spoofed CLI used to deceive recipients, and traffic pumping are prohibited and grounds for immediate suspension.

Rates and billing

Published rate decks reflect pricing at time of issue and may change with notice as underlying carrier costs change. Billing increments are specified per destination in the applicable rate deck.

Service availability

We target high route availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on any specific destination. Wholesale voice traffic depends on upstream carrier networks outside our direct control. Route quality is monitored and rebalanced on an ongoing basis.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EaseDial's liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees paid for the affected traffic in the month the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, where Easedial LLC is registered.
