CC Routes Provider
Wholesale CC Routes for Call Centers
CC route termination built for call center and BPO outbound: high CPS, low ACD, and answer rate that holds up at volume. CC routes are available for USA and Canada destinations.
Built for call center traffic
Call center and dialer traffic behaves differently from average voice traffic. CC routes are selected and monitored with that pattern in mind.
High CPS
Routes sized for high calls-per-second attempt rates, the way predictive and progressive dialers actually place calls.
Low ACD
Short average call duration is normal for call center traffic. Our routes are selected with that pattern in mind, not penalized for it.
High concurrency
Capacity that holds up when a campaign runs hundreds of simultaneous calls, not just the average.
Bulk volume
Priced and provisioned for bulk minutes, not single-line retail traffic.
Route quality
Good ASR routes and good ACD routes, tracked continuously rather than checked once at sign-up.
Good ASR Routes
Answer-seizure ratio is tracked per route continuously. Anything that drifts below baseline gets deprioritized or swapped, not left in rotation.
Good ACD Routes
Average call duration is monitored alongside ASR, since a route can pass one and quietly fail the other.
Clean, Stable Routes
Routes are selected for consistency call over call, not a one-time test that looks good and drifts a week later.
Carrier-Grade Routes
Redundant interconnects and continuous monitoring, built for traffic that cannot afford a route quietly degrading mid-campaign.
Works with your dialer setup
We provide termination routes, not a dialer platform. CC routes connect over standard SIP trunking, so they work directly with the dialer software you already run.
Vicidial
CC routes terminate cleanly from Vicidial trunk configurations, tuned for the attempt patterns Vicidial campaigns generate.
GoAutoDial
Standard SIP trunk setup works directly with GoAutoDial outbound campaigns.
Asterisk-based dialers
Any Asterisk-based predictive dialer connects over standard SIP, no custom integration required.
Predictive & progressive dialers
Routes are built around dialer call patterns generally: short calls, high attempt volume, answer rate tied directly to revenue.
CC route pricing
CC routes are priced per destination based on your traffic profile: expected CPS, ACD, and monthly volume. Bulk VoIP minutes are quoted at wholesale rates, with pricing sent as a full rate deck rather than a single blended number.
Send your traffic profile through the form and a route engineer will follow up with CC route pricing for USA and Canada.

CC routes FAQs
What are CC routes?
"CC routes" (call center routes) are wholesale voice termination routes tuned specifically for call center and dialer traffic: high call-per-second attempt rates, short average call duration, and outbound volume where answer rate drives revenue. They are monitored more tightly for ASR and ACD than general-purpose termination.
Do you offer CC routes worldwide?
We offer CC routes for USA and Canada destinations. For traffic to other countries, we offer standard A-Z termination.
What is CPS in VoIP?
CPS (calls per second) is the rate at which a dialer or PBX attempts new calls. Call center and predictive dialer traffic generates high CPS, which requires a route provisioned for that attempt rate, not just average concurrency.
What is ACD in VoIP?
ACD (average call duration) is the average length of a completed call. Call center traffic typically runs low ACD: short calls at high volume. Routes need to be selected and priced with that pattern in mind rather than assuming long-duration retail-style calls.
Do CC routes work with Vicidial, GoAutoDial, or Asterisk-based dialers?
Yes. CC routes connect over standard SIP trunking, which is how Vicidial, GoAutoDial, and any Asterisk-based predictive dialer send outbound traffic. We provide termination routes, not the dialer platform itself.
How much do CC routes cost?
CC route pricing is quoted per destination based on your traffic profile: CPS, expected ACD, and volume. Request the form below and a route engineer will send CC route pricing for USA and Canada.
How is a CC route different from a standard CLI or NCLI route?
CC routes are usually CLI (caller ID preserved) and monitored more tightly for ASR and ACD than general-purpose CLI or NCLI routes, because call center economics depend directly on answer rate. See our blog for a full breakdown of CC routes vs. CLI and vs. NCLI.
